| Be a Volunteer |
|
An integral part of how we provide our children the best educational program possible is through aggressive, enthusiastic volunteer programs. It takes a combined community effort. We need military, civilians, and parents to ensure the success of our children. Here at Lajes we have a history of providing outstanding support to our school and students. There are many volunteer programs currently in place. We have successfully developed, promoted, and maintained partnerships and communications between LEHS and the 65th Air Base Wing to provide an exemplary education and experience for our students. Don't hesitate to contact your SLO for volunteer opportunities. The highest reward for a person's work is not what they get for it, but what they become because of it. -- John Ruskin |
