Grade-Specific Qualifications for CY-01, CY-02, CY-03 (Click here for Job Descriptions)
If your college transcripts do not clearly indicate that you have 15 semester
hours in a directly related field, you need to bring a copy of your college
course catalog that describes the classes in question. You are not qualified
for the higher grade until we can verify the courses taken. You are not
entitled to back pay between the time you were appointed and the time you bring
in the college catalog.
