Lodging Guest Directory Binder - Wake Up Call Instructions

AUTOMATED WAKE-UP CALL SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the following instructions in order to set an automated wake-up call at the desired time:

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial “81”
  3. An automated message will say “Enter the desired time of day”
  4. Enter the numbers that correspond to the desired time using “military time” per example for 8 A.M press 0800, for 2 P.M press 0200.
  5. Then an automated message will say “Press 1 for A.M / Press 2 for P.M
  6. Please follow this last instruction
  7. An automated message will say “Please dial the extension number you require”
  8. Insert you extension number labeled on your phone, that is your room number preceded by “3” per example if your in room 2103, insert 32103.
  9. Your wake-up call is now set. Please hang the phone.

 

Please follow the following instructions in order to cancel an automated wake-up call:

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial “82”
  3. An automated message will say “Please dial the extension number you require”
  4. Insert you extension number labeled on your phone, that is your room number preceded by “3” per example if your in room 2103, insert 32103.
  5. Your wake-up call is now cancelled. Please hang the phone.

For any assistance please contact the Lodging Front Desk by pressing “0” from your phone, or if you wish that Front Desk call you at the time you need the wake-up call instead of using the automated wake-up call service.
