- Restricted reporting-100% confidential w/ SAPR, Medical, Chaplain & Volunteer Victims Advocate (VVA)
- Unrestricted reporting-goes to chain of command and investigation begins
- Referrals to support through other resources (victim must elect to receive support/care)

- Licensed Professional Counselor
- 12 sessions per person/per issue (no documentation)
- Can counsel military and their dependents (work with children must be with open door or window indoor)

- Duty to warn for imminent harm to self or others (suicide, domestic violence, child abuse/neglect)
- Cannot counsel those under care of other therapist or mental health provider or civilians
- Cannot counsel in the individual's home
