    • Restricted reporting- 100% confidential w/ SAPR, Medical, Chaplain & Special Victims Advocate (SVA)
    • Unrestricted reporting- goes to chain of command and investigation begins
    • Referrals to support through other resources (victim must elect to receive support/care)

    • 12 sessions per person/per issue (no documentation)
    • Can counsel military and their dependents (work with children must be with open door or window in door)
    • Can counsel in alternate public location

    • Duty to warn for imminent harm to self or others (suicide, domestic violence, child abuse/neglect)
    • Cannot counsel those under care of other therapist or mental health provider or civilians
    • Cannot counsel in the individual’s home
